पद No.1)
- वर्ड प्रोसेसिंग, डेटा एंट्री आणि डेस्कटॉप पब्लिशिंग या विषयातील प्रशिक्षणासह बॅचलर पदवी, थेट भर्तीसाठी संबंधित क्षेत्रात किमान 5 वर्षांचा अनुभव.
पद No.2)
- (a) उच्च द्वितीय श्रेणीसह भूगोल विषयातील पदव्युत्तर पदवी आणि संगणकाचा वापर करून थीमॅटिक नकाशा बनविण्याचा आणि शैक्षणिक नियोजन आणि प्रशासनातील प्रशिक्षण/संशोधनासाठी ग्राफिक सादरीकरण सामग्री विकसित करण्याचा किमान 6 वर्षांचा अनुभव किंवा
- (b) B.E. किंवा संगणक विज्ञानातील बी. टेक, संगणकाचा वापर करून थीमॅटिक नकाशा बनवण्याचा आणि शिक्षणासाठी ग्राफिक सादरीकरण साहित्य विकसित करण्याचा किमान 3 वर्षांचा अनुभव.

- (i) केंद्र सरकार/विद्यापीठांतर्गत लघुलेखक पदावर असलेले अधिकारी
- (i) पालक संवर्ग किंवा विभागात नियमितपणे समान पदे धारण करणे; किंवा
- (ii) वेतन बँड I मध्ये दहा वर्षांच्या नियमित सेवेसह रु.च्या ग्रेड पेसह. 2400 किंवा समतुल्य स्तर-4 (रु. 25,500-81,100) वर NIEPA मधील स्टेनोग्राफर ग्रेड-II
- (iii) DoPT मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वे [OM क्रमांक 6/8/2009-Estt. (पे-II) दिनांक 17.06.2010] आणि वेळोवेळी जारी केलेल्या सूचनांचे पालन केले जाईल.
- (iv) कडून अर्ज अग्रेषित करताना योग्य विचार केला जाईल SC/ST/OBC मधील पात्र उमेदवार.

- Bachelor Degree with training in Word Processing, Data Entry and Desktop Publishing Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field for direct recruitment.
Post No.2)
- (a) Master’s Degree in Geography with Upper Second Class and minimum 6 years experience in thematic map making using computer and developing graphic presentation materials for training/research in educational planning and administration OR
- (b) B.E. or B. in Computer Science. Tech, minimum 3 years of experience in making thematic map using computer and developing graphic presentation materials for education.
Post No.3)
- (i) Officers holding Stenographer post under Central Govt./University(i) regularly holding similar posts in the parent cadre or department; Or
- (ii) Ten years of regular service in Pay Band I with grade pay of Rs. 2400 or equivalent Stenographer Grade-II in NIEPA at Level-4 (Rs. 25,500-81,100)
- (iii) DoPT Guidelines [OM No. 6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay-II) dated 17.06.2010] and instructions issued from time to time shall be followed.
- (iv) Due consideration will be given while forwarding applications from Eligible candidates from SC/ST/OBC.
